U.S. Commerce Department Preliminarily Finds Italy's Forged Steel Fluid End Blocks Received Countervailable Subsidies

The U.S. Department of Commerce has found that certain Italian producers/exporters of forged steel fluid end blocks received subsidies during the review period, and is rescinding the review for one company, inviting comments on the preliminary results.
