APHIS Granted FIPS Waiver to Use RSA Digital Signature Technology

The Administrator of the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) has been granted a waiver to use RSA digital signature technology in lieu of the Digital Signature Standard specified by Federal Information Processing Standard 186, following procedures outlined in the Federal Property and Services Act of 1949.
