Grazing Administration; Alaska Reindeer

The Bureau of Land Management (``BLM'') proposes to revise the regulations at 43 CFR 4300, which provide for the administration of permits for grazing reindeer in Alaska. BLM proposes to translate the current part 4300 regulations into plain English and with few exceptions, would not change the substance of the regulations.
