EPA Deletes Seldon Clark Property from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 4 has removed the Seldon Clark Property from the National Priorities List (NPL) due to a lack of significant threat to public health and the environment, according to the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA).
