Office of Personnel Management Requests Clearance for Revised Information Collection

The Office of Personnel Management is seeking clearance from the Office of Management and Budget for a revised information collection, which includes two forms: the Representative Payee Application (RI 20-7) and the Information Necessary for a Competency Determination (RI 30-3), used to collect information from individuals who require assistance with managing their finances or medical information to determine competency.
