Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Delegated Authority to Export Electricity and Construct Related Facilities

The Secretary of Energy has delegated authority to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to oversee the construction, operation, and maintenance of border transmission facilities and electricity transmission to foreign countries, as previously authorized by the Secretary.
