EPA Establishes Subcommittee for Ozone, Particulate Matter, and Regional Haze Implementation Programs

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) created the Ozone, Particulate Matter, and Regional Haze Implementation Programs Subcommittee to provide guidance on implementing new national air quality standards and a regional haze program, as mandated by the Clean Air Act Advisory Committee Act.
