Kansas City Southern Railway Company Seeks Exemption for Construction and Operation in Louisiana

The Kansas City Southern Railway Company has submitted a proposal to the Board for an exemption to construct and operate a railway line in the Geismar Industrial Area near Gonzales and Sorrento, Louisiana, following a review of public comments on the initial scope of study.
