Coast Guard Announces Draft Environmental Impact Statement for Great Lakes Icebreaking

The U.S. Coast Guard and U.S. Department of Transportation are preparing a draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for icebreaking in the Great Lakes and are seeking public comments on the document, which is expected to be released on November 14, 1996.
