Pesticide Tolerance Petition; Notice of Filing

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has received a petition to extend the time-limited tolerances for combined residues of benoxacor, a safener used in metolachlor-based pesticide formulations, on certain raw agricultural commodities. The petition was filed by a company seeking to maintain the use of benoxacor as an inert ingredient in metolachlor-based formulations.
