EPA Finalizes Regulation on Pesticide Chemicals Category, Formulating, Packaging and Repackaging Effluent Limitations Guidelines

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized a regulation that limits the discharge of pollutants into US navigable waters and publicly owned treatment works by existing and new facilities that formulate, package, and repackage pesticide products, covering approximately 2,600 facilities in the industry.
