VA Amends Regulations to Establish Presumptive Service Connection for Prostate Cancer and Peripheral Neuropathy

The Department of Veterans Affairs has amended its adjudication regulations to grant presumptive service connection for prostate cancer and acute and subacute peripheral neuropathy to veterans exposed to certain herbicides used in Vietnam during the 1960s and 1970s, following a decision by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs.
