EPA Establishes Emergency Tolerances for Propiconazole on Sorghum in Texas

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted an emergency exemption for the use of propiconazole on sorghum in Texas, establishing time-limited tolerances for combined residues of the fungicide in the crop. These tolerances, set under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act, will expire on October 31, 1998.
