EPA Proposes Approval of Indiana's State Implementation Plan Revision Requests for Air Quality Planning Purposes
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve two State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision requests submitted by the State of Indiana on March 14, 1996, and June 17, 1996, to redesignate areas in Marion, LaPorte, Wayne, and Vigo Counties for SO2 attainment. The EPA will approve the state's SIP revision as a direct final rule without prior proposal, unless it receives adverse comments.
