Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Restructuring Costs/Bonuses: Interim Rule Issued

The Director of Defense Procurement has introduced an interim rule to modify the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), effectively prohibiting the use of fiscal year 1997 funds to reimburse contractors for employee bonuses exceeding normal salary, in the context of restructuring costs resulting from a business combination.
