DFARS Rule Amends Acquisition of Machine Tools and Valves

The Director of Defense Procurement has issued a final rule to update the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) following the expiration of statutory restrictions on acquiring machine tools and powered and non-powered valves.
