EPA Withdraws Notice on Proposed Settlement Agreement for Colorado's SIPs Regarding CO and PM-10 Emissions
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is withdrawing a previously given notice, as required by the Clean Air Act, due to premature publication, in relation to a proposed settlement agreement concerning a lawsuit filed by Citizens for Balanced Transportation (CBT) against the EPA over the agency's alleged failure to take action on state implementation plans (SIPs) for the Denver Metropolitan Area in Colorado, which regulates carbon monoxide (CO) and particulate matter (PM-10) emissions.
