EPA Completes Review of Final EIS for Two Projects, Declines to Send Formal Comments

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has completed its review of the Final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for two projects, the Las Vegas Federal Building and the Gulf of Mexico and Offshore Alaska Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) Oil and Gas Leasing Program. The EPA determined that a review of the Final EIS was not necessary, and no formal comment letter was sent to the preparing agencies.
