CSX Corporation and CSX Transportation, Inc. to Acquire Control of Conrail Inc. and Merge with Green Acquisition Corp.

CSX Corporation and CSX Transportation, Inc. have notified the Surface Transportation Board of their intent to file an application to acquire control of Conrail Inc. and merge it with Green Acquisition Corp., resulting in CSXC controlling both CSXT and CRI.
