Withdrawal of Obsolete Proposed Rules
The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is withdrawing a number of regulatory proposed rules published in the Federal Register at various times between 1969 and 1993, but never promulgated as final rules. These proposed rules cover a wide range of issues, including labeling, inspection operations, and added substances. All have either become obsolete or have been superseded by other rulemakings.
