Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zone on GIWW in Houma, LA

The US Coast Guard has set up a temporary safety zone on the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway in Houma, Louisiana, to protect workers dismantling the East Park Avenue bridge from vessel traffic, and to restrict vehicular access to the area during specified times.
