HUD Waives Public Housing Directives for Southeast/Caribbean Region

The Secretary's Representative for the Southeast/Caribbean has redelegated authority to State and Area Coordinators in HUD Field Offices to waive directives and handbook provisions for Public Housing programs in the region, a move previously granted to PH Directors.
