EPA Publishes Regulations for Accidental Chemical Releases Under Clean Air Act

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has published regulations to prevent accidental chemical releases and reduce their severity, affecting approximately 66,000 facilities across the US, in compliance with the Clean Air Act section 112(r) and building on the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA).
