Bureau of Indian Affairs Eliminates 25 CFR Part 250 to Streamline Regulations

The Bureau of Indian Affairs is eliminating 25 CFR Part 250, a regulatory rule that no longer serves a purpose, in an effort to simplify the planning and coordination of new and existing regulations, as mandated by Executive Order 12866.
