The Binational Panel completed its review of the antidumping duty administrative review of Gray Portland Cement Clinker from Mexico on October 28, 1996, as part of the North American Free-Trade Agreement (NAFTA), Article 1904 Binational Panel Reviews. The review was made by the International Trade Administration (ITA) regarding the final determination.
