EPA Receives Petition to Establish Spinosad Residue Regulation on Cotton

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has received a petition from a company, BASF, requesting the establishment of a regulation for residues of spinosad on cotton, a common crop used in the production of cottonseed oil and cotton fabric.
