Pesticide Tolerance Petition; Notice of Filing

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has received a petition from a company, Syngenta, requesting the establishment of a pesticide tolerance for residues of thiazopyr on orange and grapefruit. Syngenta submitted the proposal, which aims to regulate the levels of thiazopyr allowed on these fruits.
