CEQ Establishes Task Force for Federal Natural Resource Trustees Under CERCLA

The Council on Environmental Quality has created a federal task force to coordinate the implementation of Executive Order 13016, which delegates authority to the federal natural resource trustees under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA). The task force aims to develop a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) among federal agencies to ensure coordination and efficiency in the issuance of administrative orders.
