MMS Amends Regulations for Oil and Gas Operations in the Outer Continental Shelf

The Minerals Management Service (MMS) has updated the regulations governing oil, gas, and sulphur operations in the Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) to reflect revised recommended practices and standards from the organizations that publish the incorporated documents. This update aims to ensure lessees use the best available and safest technologies while operating in the OCS.
