EPA Grants Full Approval for New Mexico's Operating Permits Program

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized the approval of New Mexico's Operating Permits program, which aims to comply with federal regulations for issuing permits to major stationary sources and certain other sources, under the leadership of Governor and the City of Albuquerque/Bernalillo County.
