EPA Proposes Full Approval of New Mexico's Operating Permits Program

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing full approval of the Operating Permits program submitted by the New Mexico Environment Department and the City of Albuquerque/Bernalillo County to comply with federal requirements for issuing operating permits to major stationary sources and certain other sources, excluding Indian Lands.
