Coast Guard Establishes Permanent Safety Zone Around Sunken Vessel EMPIRE KNIGHT

The U.S. Coast Guard is creating a permanent safety zone around the sunken M/V EMPIRE KNIGHT to prevent disturbance of the vessel's stern section and associated mercury cargo, which could contaminate the environment and commercial fishery.
