Chapter 35). OMB Control Number: 2900-0180. Title and Form Number: Compliance Report of Proprietary Institutions, VA Form 27-4274. Type of Review: Reinstatement, without change, of a previously approved collection for which approval has expired. Need and Uses: The form will be used to collect statistical information from proprietary schools which receive Federal assistance from the VA and the Department of Education to determine compliance with applicable civil rights statutes and regulations. Affected Public: Business or other for-profit. Estimated Annual Burden: 124 hours. Estimated Average Burden Per Respondent: 60 minutes. Frequency of Response: On occasion.
