Air Force Proposes Personnel Management Demonstration Project at S&T Laboratories

The Department of the Air Force is proposing a personnel management demonstration project to test new concepts at its four Science and Technology (S&T) laboratories, with the goal of improving Federal personnel management. The project is authorized under Title VI of the Civil Service Reform Act and follows a similar model to the China Lake demonstration project.
