VA Submits Proposal for Extension of Counseling Record Collection

The Veterans Benefits Administration has submitted a proposal to the Office of Management and Budget for an extension of its counseling record collection, which is used to evaluate veteran claimants and assist with vocational rehabilitation plans, under the Paperwork Reduction Act.
