Tebufenozide Pesticide Tolerances for Emergency Exemptions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has established a temporary tolerance for residues of the insecticide tebufenozide on peppers, allowing its use in Georgia and New Mexico under emergency exemptions. This tolerance will expire on November 30, 1997, and can be revoked without further action.
