Approval and Promulgation of Implementation Plans and State Operating Permit Programs; State of Missouri

The EPA is proposing to approve State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions submitted by the state of Missouri to update references and modify the Missouri intermediate operating permit program. The EPA is also proposing to grant full approval of an operating permit program submitted by the state of Missouri for the purpose of complying with Federal requirements for an approvable state program to issue operating permits to all major stationary sources and to certain other sources.
