Notice is hereby given that the Southwest Fisheries Science Center, NMFS, P.O. Box 271, La Jolla, CA 92038-0271, has applied in due form for a permit to take all species of cetacea, pinnipedia, sirenia and marine and sea otters for purposes of scientific research.
