EPA Proposes Settlement Agreement for Colorado SIPs, Requests Public Comment

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a settlement agreement with Citizens for Balanced Transportation (CBT) regarding the agency's failure to act on state implementation plans (SIPs) for carbon monoxide and particulate matter emissions in the Denver Metropolitan Area, Colorado. The public has 30 days to comment on the proposal.
