EPA Extends Comment Period for Maryland's Enhanced Motor Vehicle Inspection and Maintenance Program

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the public comment period and commitment letter time frame for a proposed conditional approval of an enhanced motor vehicle inspection and maintenance program submitted by the state of Maryland, due to ongoing negotiations regarding the transfer of its I/M contract.
