EPA Proposes Interim Approval of Connecticut's Operating Permits Program

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed interim approval of Connecticut's Operating Permits Program, which aims to comply with federal regulations requiring the issuance of operating permits to major stationary sources and certain other sources, as well as implementing hazardous air pollutant requirements.
