US Department of Commerce Announces Final Results of Countervailing Duty Review on Indian Iron-Metal Castings

The US Department of Commerce has concluded its administrative review of countervailing duties on iron-metal castings from India, determining a zero percent subsidy for Delta Enterprises and Super Iron Foundry, and a 5.45 percent subsidy for other companies, which will be assessed by the US Customs Service.
