U.S. Department of Commerce to Review Antidumping Duty on Canadian Brass Sheet and Strip

The Department of Commerce is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on Canadian brass sheet and strip, covering one manufacturer/exporter from January 1, 1995 to December 31, 1995, and will provide preliminary results that determine if U.S. sales were below normal value, potentially exempting cash deposits.
