USDA Establishes Procedures for Cotton Referendum Sign-up Period

The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) has proposed a rule outlining procedures for a sign-up period during which eligible cotton producers and importers can request a continuance referendum on the 1991 amendments to the Cotton Research and Promotion Order.
