U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Issues Guidance on U.S. Coast Guard Categorical Exclusions for Certain Activities

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has issued a Regulatory Guidance Letter (RGL) regarding the U.S. Coast Guard's categorical exclusions (CEs) for certain activities, which have been authorized under the Corps' nationwide general permit number 23, in accordance with the Council on Environmental Quality Regulation for Implementing the Procedural Provisions of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
