FAA Proposes Rule on Passenger Facility Charge Revenue at Southwest Florida International Airport

The Federal Aviation Administration invites public comment on its proposed rule regarding the use of revenue from a Passenger Facility Charge at Southwest Florida International Airport, in accordance with the Aviation Safety and Capacity Expansion Act of 1990 and Part 158 of the Federal Aviation Regulations.
