Bureau of Reclamation Proposes Draft Environmental Impact Statement for Rio Grande and Low Flow Conveyance Channel

The Bureau of Reclamation is preparing a draft environmental impact statement to assess potential changes to the Rio Grande 'Floodway' and Low Flow Conveyance Channel between San Acacia, New Mexico, and Elephant Butte Reservoir, in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969.
