The National Cemetery System (NCS), Department of Veterans Affairs, has submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) the following proposal for the collection of information under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act (44 U.S.C. Chapter 35). OMB Control Number: None assigned. Title: PMC (Presidential Memorial Certificate) Insert. Type of Review: New collection. Need and Uses: The PMC Insert will be used by the recipient to notify the NCS if the original certificate contains an error, or arrives in an unacceptable condition, or to request additional certificates for other family members. The information will be used by the NCS to promptly reissue or provide additional certificates. Affected Public: Individuals or households. Estimated Annual Burden: 1,080 hours. Estimated Average Burden Per Respondent: 2 minutes. Frequency of Response: On occasion. Estimated Number of Respondents: 32,400.
