CSX Transportation, Inc. Exemption from Abandonment Requirements in Hamilton County, OH

The US Board has granted CSX Transportation, Inc. an exemption to abandon a 1.25-mile section of its Louisville Division in Cincinnati, subject to labor and historic preservation conditions.
