Burlington Northern Railroad Company Gains Exemption to Acquire Fillmore Western Railway Company
The Burlington Northern Railroad Company has been granted an exemption to acquire Fillmore Western Railway Company, allowing it to operate the latter's assets and assume its liabilities, following a review by the US Surface Transportation Board.
